Mr. Falk has specialized for more than twenty-five years in the fields of corporate tax, international tax, tax litigation, real estate tax planning, bankruptcy taxation, gift and estate tax, and deferred compensation planning.
He has held professorships of taxation at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Fordham University and Seton Hall University. He has authored eight books and served on the Board of Advisors of Bankruptcy Reporter, Corporate Taxation, Journal of S Corporation Taxation and Bankruptcy Law Journal.
Mr. Falk is a 1979 graduate of Washington & Lee School of Law and received his LL.M.s in Tax, Corporation Law and Trade Regulation from NYU School of Law. He also earned an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia in 1976, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kansas in 1970. He is a member of the Virginia and New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
